Our Commitment to Transparency
At Skyp, we believe in being upfront about our policies so you can make informed decisions about your subscription.
We do not believe in locking customers into long term contracts. We're happy to prove our value every month. There may be benefits to a longer term commitment, or situations in which that's necessary (for example, enterprise implementations with more investment required). But we do our best to avoid making this a requirement.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription anytime. The cancelation will take effect at the end of your billing cycle. For customers paying monthly (most customers) this will be a month after their prior payment.
Skyp operates on a standard SaaS no-refund policy. All payments for our service are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for:
Partial months of service
Unused time on a subscription
Downgrade refunds between plans
Refunds due to lack of usage
We encourage you to take advantage of our free trial or demo to evaluate whether Skyp is the right fit for your team before committing to a paid subscription.
How Cancellations Work
You can cancel your Skyp subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You'll retain full access to Skyp until that date
No further charges will be made after your current billing period ends
You may download all of your data at any time up to the end of your subscription, and possibly after depending on our data retention policy (unless you delete your account)
Your account and data will be preserved according to our data retention policy
For example, if you're on a monthly plan that renews on the 15th of each month and you cancel on the 5th, you'll continue to have access through the 15th, with no charge on the next renewal date.
