Overview
Connecting Slack to Skyp lets you receive real-time campaign updates in your Slack workspace and interact with the Skyp AI assistant directly from Slack — without needing to log in to the dashboard.
How to connect your Slack workspace
Go to Integrations in your Skyp dashboard.
Find the Slack card and click Connect Slack.
You'll be redirected to Slack to authorise the Skyp app. Select the workspace you want to connect and approve the permissions.
Once authorised, you'll be returned to Skyp and the Slack card will show Connected and the button will change to "Disconnect".
To disconnect Slack, go to Integrations and click Disconnect on the Slack card.
What notifications you'll receive
Once connected, Skyp will send the following notifications to your Slack workspace:
Campaign completion alerts — notified when a campaign finishes sending
Reply alerts — instant notification when a contact replies to one of your campaigns
Booking notifications — meeting alerts from Calendly if you have that integration connected
Weekly analytics summaries — a digest of your campaign performance delivered weekly
Error and system alerts — notified if something needs your attention
Using the Skyp AI assistant in Slack
After connecting, you can message the Skyp bot directly in Slack to query your account without opening the dashboard. The bot understands natural language — just ask it a question.
Things you can ask the Skyp bot:
"How are my campaigns performing?" — lists campaigns with open, click, and reply counts
"What's my overall analytics this month?" — delivery rate, open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, and sentiment breakdown
"Show me replies for my [campaign name] campaign" — reply summary with sentiment analysis
"List my LinkedIn campaigns" — overview of your LinkedIn outreach campaigns
"Show me my inbox" — reads recent messages from your connected Gmail inbox
"Show me my contacts" — lists contacts, optionally filtered by campaign
Multi-workspace support
Skyp supports connecting to multiple Slack workspaces. Each workspace connection is managed separately from the Integrations page.
