Claude connects to Skyp via OAuth, giving it direct access to your campaigns, contacts, analytics, and inbox — no API key needed. Once connected, you can manage your entire Skyp account through natural language conversation in Claude.

Before you start
A Skyp account with your company profile set up (Company settings) — required before creating campaigns via MCP.
Claude Desktop or access to Claude.ai.
Connecting Skyp to Claude
In Skyp, go to Agents in the left sidebar and click the Claude tab.
Open Claude Settings, navigate to MCP Servers, and click Add custom connector.
Fill in the following fields:
Name:Skyp
Remote MCP server URL:https://api.skyp.ai/mcpLeave Advanced settings (OAuth Client ID and Secret) empty — Skyp handles this automatically.
Click Add. A Skyp authorization page will open — review the permissions and click Allow. The popup will close once the handshake completes.
You can copy the Name and MCP URL directly from the Claude tab in Agents using the copy icons.
What you can do
Once connected, Claude can interact with your Skyp account directly. Examples:
Campaigns: Create, edit, pause, and resume email campaigns. Generate strategies, write sequences, and finalize campaigns for sending.
Contacts: Add contacts, bulk-upload lists, check do-not-contact status, and manage contact details.
Analytics: Pull campaign performance stats, reply summaries, and engagement breakdowns from Analytics.
Inbox & calendar: Read your connected Gmail inbox and extract upcoming calendar events to coordinate outreach. See Reading Your Gmail Inbox and Calendar with Skyp MCP Tools.
LinkedIn: Manage LinkedIn campaigns and leads from LinkedIn.
Things to know
Company profile required: Skyp needs a company profile to generate strategies and finalize campaigns. Set yours up at Company settings before starting.
CTAs are required: You must add at least one Call to Action using
create_new_ctabefore callinggenerate_campaign_strategyorfinalize_campaign.Active campaigns are locked: To edit a live campaign, go to Campaigns, pause it first, make your changes, then resume.
Mailboxes: Make sure at least one mailbox is connected at Mailboxes before launching email campaigns.
