Account Preferences — Timezone and Weekly Email Settings

How to set your timezone and manage your weekly summary email in account preferences

The Preferences tab in your account settings lets you control your timezone and weekly summary email.

Accessing Preferences

  1. Click your account name or avatar in the bottom left.

  2. Go to Account Settings.

  3. Select the Preferences tab (second tab, after Profile).

Setting Your Timezone

Skyp sends your weekly performance summary at 7 AM in your local time. To make sure it arrives at the right time:

  1. Under Timezone, open the dropdown.

  2. Select your timezone.

  3. Your preference saves automatically.

Supported timezones span all major regions from Hawaii to New Zealand.

Weekly Summary Email

The weekly summary email gives you a snapshot of your campaign performance over the past 7 days — open rates, reply rates, active campaigns, and drafts in progress.

To turn it on or off:

  1. Under Weekly Summary Email, toggle the switch.

  2. The setting saves automatically.

For Team Managers

If you manage a team, you have an additional toggle to receive a team-wide weekly summary — a rolled-up view of activity across all team members. This appears in Preferences when team management is enabled on your account.
