Downloading Campaign Data: Messages and Performance Exports

How to export your campaign's sent messages, per-contact performance metrics, or a pre-filtered list of engaged contacts as a CSV file.

Written by Alexander Shartsis

Skyp lets you download three different CSV exports for any campaign directly from the campaign list. Each export is designed for a different purpose — the messages export gives you the actual email content sent, the performance export gives you per-contact engagement counts, and the engaged contacts export gives you a focused list of contacts who interacted with your campaign along with AI-classified reply context.

How to download campaign data

  1. Go to the Campaigns page.

  2. Find the campaign you want to export.

  3. Click the actions menu (⋮) on the right side of the campaign row.

  4. Choose Download messages, Download performance, or Download engaged contacts.

  5. The CSV file will download automatically to your browser.

Download messages

This export contains every individual email that was sent as part of the campaign. Each row is one sent message.

Columns included:

  • Contact First Name, Last Name, Email — who the message was sent to

  • Message Order — which touch in the sequence this message was (e.g. 1 = first email, 2 = follow-up)

  • Subject — the subject line of the email

  • Body — the full text of the email as sent

  • Sent At — timestamp when the email was delivered

  • Response Type — if the contact replied, the sentiment classification (positive, neutral, negative, out of office)

  • Response At — timestamp of the reply, if any

Use this export to review the actual copy your contacts received, audit personalization, or analyze which message touches generated replies.

Download performance

This export contains one row per contact, summarizing their engagement across all messages in the campaign.

Columns included:

  • First Name, Last Name, Email, Title, Company — contact details

  • Sent — total messages sent to this contact

  • Opens — number of opens tracked

  • Clicks — number of link clicks

  • Replies — number of replies received

  • Bounces — emails that bounced

  • Invalid — messages flagged as invalid

Use this export to identify your most engaged contacts, share results with your team, or import data into a CRM or spreadsheet for further analysis.

Download engaged contacts

This export contains one row per contact who actively engaged with your campaign — meaning they opened, clicked, or replied to at least one email. Contacts with no engagement are excluded, so the list is already pre-filtered to your warmest prospects.

Each row includes AI-classified context from their replies, making this the best export for identifying your hottest leads and prioritizing follow-up.

Columns included:

  • First Name, Last Name, Email, Title, Company — contact details

  • Status — the contact's current status in the campaign (e.g. opened, replied, unsubscribed)

  • Opens — number of opens tracked

  • Clicks — number of link clicks

  • Replies — number of replies received

  • Sentiment — AI classification of the latest reply (e.g. positive, neutral, negative, out of office)

  • Interest Level — AI-assessed interest level from the reply content

  • Latest Reply Snippet — the first 200 characters of their most recent reply

  • Latest Reply Date — timestamp of their most recent reply

  • Latest Engagement Date — the most recent open, click, or reply timestamp across all messages in the sequence

Use this export to quickly identify interested prospects, route warm leads to your sales team, or load them into a CRM for immediate follow-up.
