Tracking and Managing Your LinkedIn Campaigns in Skyp

How to use the LinkedIn Campaigns dashboard to view campaign progress, monitor connection and reply metrics, and manage campaign status.

Written by Alexander Shartsis

Skyp's LinkedIn Campaigns page gives you a dedicated dashboard to view, monitor, and manage all your LinkedIn outreach campaigns — separate from your email campaigns.

Finding the LinkedIn Campaigns page

In the Skyp sidebar, click LinkedIn Campaigns. This opens a table of all your LinkedIn campaigns with their current status and performance metrics.

Note: Email outreach campaigns are listed separately under Campaigns in the sidebar.

Creating a new campaign

You can start a new LinkedIn campaign in two ways:

  • From the LinkedIn Campaigns page — Click the Create Campaign button at the top right of the LinkedIn Campaigns page.

  • From anywhere in the app — Click the + (Create Campaign) button at the top of the sidebar, then select LinkedIn Campaign from the dropdown. This shortcut is available from every page so you never have to navigate away to start a campaign.

Either option opens the guided wizard that walks you through naming your campaign, adding leads, configuring your sending schedule, reviewing the AI-generated outreach strategy, and activating.

For a full step-by-step walkthrough, see Creating a LinkedIn Campaign in Skyp.

Note: You need a connected LinkedIn account to create campaigns. If you haven't connected yet, the button will prompt you to connect first. See How to Connect Your LinkedIn Account to Skyp.

What the dashboard shows

Each row in the table represents one LinkedIn campaign. The columns show:

  • Name — The campaign name.

  • Status — The campaign's current state: Draft, Active, Paused, or Completed. When an Active campaign has reached its daily sending limit, a warning icon appears next to the badge — hover it to see the reason. Sending resumes automatically when the limit resets.

  • Leads — Total number of contacts added to this campaign.

  • Invite Progress — A progress bar showing how many leads have been sent a connection invite out of total leads (e.g. 12/50). Hover the icon for the tooltip definition.

  • Connected — How many contacts accepted your connection request. Click the count to open a panel listing all connected leads, including those who have already been messaged or replied.

  • Message Progress — A progress bar showing how many messages have been sent to connected leads out of total expected messages across all follow-up steps. Shows a dash ( — ) until at least one lead connects.

  • Replied — How many contacts replied to a follow-up message. Click the count to open a panel listing all leads who have replied, with their name, LinkedIn profile link, and reply date.

  • Withdrawn — Connection invites that were automatically withdrawn after 3 weeks without acceptance. Skyp withdraws stale invites to protect your LinkedIn account's health — LinkedIn penalises accounts that accumulate large numbers of pending invites. Click the count to see the list of affected leads. Hover the icon for more detail. Note: withdrawn leads are not re-invited automatically, as LinkedIn blocks re-inviting the same person for several weeks after a withdrawal.

Managing campaigns

Click the menu at the right edge of any campaign row to:

  • Activate campaign — Start sending, or resume a paused campaign. Available on Draft and Paused campaigns.

  • Pause campaign — Stop the campaign temporarily without losing progress. Available on Active campaigns.

  • Send invites now — Manually trigger the auto-connect process to send connection invites immediately, without waiting for the next scheduled run. Only available when the campaign is Active.

  • Download messages — Export a CSV of all messages sent in this campaign. Each row is one message and includes the lead's name, LinkedIn URL, headline, company, lead status, message type, body, and send timestamp. Available for all campaign statuses.

  • Delete — Permanently remove the campaign and all its leads. You'll be asked to confirm before deletion.

Quick-editing campaign details

Click the edit icon at the right of any campaign row to open a slide-out panel. From here you can view and update:

  • Campaign name

  • Connection note — the note sent with your connection request

The panel also shows when the campaign was created and last updated, and displays your Sending Schedule — timezone, sending hours, and active days of the week — in read-only format. To change the sending schedule, pause the campaign first and then edit it through the full campaign settings.

Click Save to apply your changes.

Note: Editing is only available for campaigns in Draft or Paused status. For Active or Completed campaigns the panel opens in read-only mode. Pause a running campaign first if you need to make changes.

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar to find campaigns by name. Use the status filter to narrow the list to campaigns in a specific state — useful when you have many campaigns and want to focus on active or paused ones.

Automatic lead enrichment

When you add leads to a LinkedIn campaign, Skyp automatically looks up and fills in any missing profile data — such as first name, last name, headline, or company — using your connected LinkedIn account. This happens in the background with no action required on your part.

Managing your LinkedIn connection

Click the icon in the top-right of the page header and choose Manage LinkedIn Connection to go directly to your LinkedIn integration settings. You need a connected LinkedIn account for campaigns to run. See Setting up LinkedIn Automation in Skyp for setup instructions.
